Video Producer
InteleTravel, the world’s largest and most established host agency, is looking for a Video Producer candidate to tell compelling stories of our brand, travel advisors, tools, and more through video and graphics.
This role will be responsible for the entire process from the pre-production to postproduction phases of photoshoots, campaigns, social media and editorial photo and video content.
The ideal person can shoot and edit video and still photography and really shines on things like animations and created imagery. Flexibility and creativity are a must. This role will report directly to the Social Media Manager and will also partner cross-functionally
with all teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of video and photo production, from concept development to final product.
- Create professional video content, including editorial, educational, and marketing materials.
- Independently manage and set up video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, ensuring high-quality production in studio and on location environments.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and leadership team to create engaging visual stories.
- Demonstrate expertise in shooting and editing both video and photography.
- Excel in creating animations and custom imagery for diverse platforms.
- Adapt quickly to changing project needs and inject creativity into every production.
- Some travel is required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- This position requires 3-5 years’ experience in video/content production.
- Experience shooting and editing video content for digital, marketing, or social platforms.
- Working knowledge of still photography.
- Solid understanding of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Skilled in DSLR/mirrorless camera operation, lighting, audio capture.
- Strong creative problem solving, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Salary Range: $65k – $70k
The full-time position will be based in Delray Beach, Florida, with a hybrid work schedule and the requirement for some travel, approximately 4-6 times a year.

Office Production Assistant
Love television, film, and/or fashion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity available within our all-inclusive film, TV, and still photography location scouting & management company. We are seeking a full-time Office Production Assistant to support the company and join our team. We are looking to fill this position immediately and will train the ideal, well-qualified candidate. We give high-level training to prepare you for working in the photo/film industry.
This is a hybrid position in which the ideal candidate will work remotely, as well as out of our Miami Beach office. The applicant must have a suitable area to work with high-speed internet and good cell phone reception. This position will offer valuable experience and is a great opportunity to gain a unique perspective of the ins-and-outs of the vibrant South Florida production industry.
Necessary skills and qualities:
• Administrative experience
• Production/set experience (may be school experience)
• Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Proficient computer skills (Mac-preferred) such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a capable and disciplined multi-tasker with effective time-management skills
• Willing to work beyond normal business hours
• Reliable transportation (garage parking will be provided)
Preferred skills and qualities:
• Local knowledge of South Florida and architectural/design styles/concepts.
• Analytical thinking skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written professional proficiency in both languages)
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Office administrative tasks and other office needs
• Going on runs, including but not limited to visiting film offices and delivering documents (IRS
mileage allowance paid for any business run)
• Assisting staff with location coordination needs of our production clients
Hours and Time Off: Full-time; hours are typically 10am to 6pm, with some minor work after hours for
production. Paid time off: 5 days per year, plus major holidays.

Freelance TV Production Audio Engineer Opportunities
Freelance Television Production Audio Engineer opportunities are occasionally available for South Florida PBS productions. This freelance position is responsible for ensuring high-quality audio during live and prerecorded television broadcasts. Responsibilities include configuring and setting up microphones, audio mixers, amplifiers, and other equipment required for the broadcast. Performs sound checks before the live broadcast to ensure audio levels are balanced and clear. Controls and adjusts audio levels during the broadcast to maintain clarity and consistency. This includes mixing audio from various sources, such as microphones, pre-recorded segments, and music. Proficiency in operating audio equipment and software is essential. Knowledge of industry-standard audio consoles, microphones, signal processing equipment, and digital audio workstations (DAWs) is a must. Must be reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
